Why Spiral Leadership Academy?

The Spiral Leadership Model is based upon the structure and flow of the Spiral of Creation –– i.e., the Fibonacci sequence.

We call it a nonlinear framework for soul exploration as a modern leader.

Because the systems within our process exist inside of and around you, the work is done on the inside, and cookie cutter does not exist.

The Spiral Leadership Model provides the structure required for esoteric wisdom to become cellular-level transformation.

One, because how we relate to the constructs and people in our lives determines the reality we experience…

Communication is so much more than meets the eye.
When we listen, countless synapses fire. Our brains, bodies, and energy fields translate what we hear.
This means that no matter how clearly we think we’re hearing what’s being communicated, unconscious, invisible ego is bound to get in the way…
Until we develop the off-the-charts self-awareness required to catch it before it inhibits the well-being of our business, team, and family…
When we speak, write, or express ourselves in any way, we emit vibrations. Even people you might not consider “intuitive” sense the unconscious vibrations of your communication.
Invisible ego can be just as much of a driving force in our attempts to be influential, confident, and trustworthy in our communication as it can be in feelings of fear, self-doubt, or not good enough that arise while communicating.
And on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week basis, we communicate with ourselves and that which is bigger than us alone (Source, God, the Universe, etc.).
Invisible ego blocks us from seeing ourselves clearly. It blocks us from feeling connected to Source. And it can shift the trajectory of our communication with the Universe to unintentionally oppose what we truly desire.
The Spiral Leadership Model will help you train yourself to navigate and dissolve the layers of invisible ego that prevent effective communication – mental, emotional, somatic, and energetic.

With each Spiral Leadership Accelerator, you’ll develop an internal navigation system based upon where Universal Consciousness and your authentic expression meet.

How Quickly Will You See Results?
Spiral Leadership Academy is a 9-month program that delivers results throughout our process.
Many of our students choose to stay for second and third 9-month spirals, as well as our advanced program (invite only). However, our goal is that you will no longer need our support after our work together.
Leaders who have already done a significant amount of personal growth work frequently see results quickly, some even immediately.
Leaders without an extensive background in personal growth will undergo a “recalibration” to help them build a level of self-awareness that takes most personal growth enthusiasts many years to develop.
Generally speaking, the first third of the Spiral Leadership Academy journey is an experience of discovery, deeper awakening, and going beneath what you already know…
