Jordanna’s Story
From as young as I can remember, my heart has known the difference between “false” and “authentic” power and what the vast difference between the two meant for humanity. Somehow, I knew that one would drive us to collective destruction and the other to collective harmony of a world beyond our wildest dreams.
I wanted so desperately for the world to value the generative, heart-centered power that I knew in my bones was the core of real leadership.
Yet, like most of us born with an inner wisdom that wasn’t congruent with society’s expectations, I struggled with the overwhelming feeling of resistance between what I knew on the inside and what appeared possible on the outside.
My earliest years were a push and pull between living with a deep connection to an infinite sense of power that held and supported me and feeling intensely unsupported by the world’s way of relating to it…
This led to confusion about the false power I felt so confronted by…
…“authority” figures who were egoic and controlling, the constraints of societal expectations, and my own fear of just how powerful I felt deep down.
By the age of eleven, I was plagued by big, existential questions… and quickly observed that fear held most people back from allowing themselves to go there…
I quickly learned the answers wouldn’t come from other people or anything “out there.”
I knew in my bones that the questions weren’t meant to be ignored – – and that I wasn’t alone in the craving for the eternal opening of clarity and truth that would come from asking them.
So, I started a movement in my junior high school… It began with open conversation, and it quickly turned into a school-wide web of consciousness expansion. Soon, I was leading teams of students who acted as safe spaces and conduits of expansion for those who needed it.
Before I knew anything about business, I learned the humility, presence, and heart required to scale a vision with integrity.
I continued on the path of service and began my first social services internship at 15 –– where I observed that those living on the streets had more wisdom than those with stable lives.
I made it my mission to figure out how to unlock unique wisdom –– something that seemed so unstable in nature –– with the level of stability we all require to build something that contributes to the world practically and realistically.
I later learned that it isn’t surrender that destabilizes us but the collective resistance to letting the mystery fill us with its love.
Before I knew it, I had my first corner office at 20 and headed my first board of directors at 23.
But living in a world designed to suppress my inner knowing and my most authentic expression wasn’t easy.
I crumbled under the weight of an eating disorder, which kept me toggling between the tremendous drive I had to create massive change and what sometimes felt like a black hole of existential angst.
Traditional forms of therapy lacked the depth, nuance, and cellular-level change I craved. So I learned how to navigate my own healing journey, with the support of a few mentors along the way who helped me acknowledge and honor the wisdom inside of me that feels, sees, and knows a truth beyond what I could have attempted to find “out there.”
But nothing could have prepared me for the metaphysical journey of entrepreneurship.
In 2006, I took the leap and started my first business with no savings in the bank and no real business background.
By 2008, I had gathered the investment I needed. If I was willing to pack everything up and move to the Bay Area, $2.5M in seed funding awaited me.
I said yes, packed up, and began my journey. As I was driving my U-haul up, the market crashed. My investors lost everything, and subsequently, so did I.
Landing alone in a new city in the arms of loss turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.
I learned to surrender, and surrender led me to Universal consciousness.
I began to see, feel, and know the systems of energy guiding me. Everything –– my business, my relationships, how I showed up in it all, and the circumstances that happened “to me” all started to make sense.
The Fibonacci sequence –– a.k.a. the Spiral of Creation –– a.k.a. the systems of energy inside of and around us that are Creation, began to guide me.
I had to learn how to embrace the divinity of instability to find a more authentic, whole, reliable, and self-sustainable version of stability on the inside and out.
It wasn’t long before a mentor appeared, and through his support, I found myself “coaching” the biggest coaches-to-the-coaches-to-the-coaches of ICF (the International Coaching Federation).
(I put “coaching” in parenthesis because I always knew I wasn’t really a coach, but a sorceress… it just took a few more years for me to come out of the closet as one )
Soon after, I found myself traveling the globe, working with business leaders across many cultures, leadership styles, and business stages –– all the while developing a methodology guided by the Fibonacci sequence.
Universal consciousness used business to teach me where it all intersected –– authentic power, the unique expression of each individual’s inner wisdom, and the circumstances each of us finds ourselves in to get there.
The questions within the inner knowing of my child-self led me to a body of work that nourishes and humbles me daily.
Since then, the methodology that has guided me –– a framework for metaphysical mastery equally informed by ancient wisdom and the needs of a modern business leader –– has been tested and proven with over 4,200 business leaders across six continents.
It has guided the internal and external growth of leaders inside Fortune 500 companies such as Cisco, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Stanford University with equally as powerful results as it has for start-up entrepreneurs, disruptors, solopreneurs, coaches, and consultants.
Who I am as a facilitator
My signature as a facilitator lies in breaking down seemingly complex, esoteric principles of ancient wisdom into the energy shifts, tools, and embodiment those principles hold in the most practical areas of our lives.
I am part energy muse and weaver, part seer into the systems that drive our businesses, leadership, and relationships, part embodiment facilitator, and part metaphysical guide between the deepest inner worlds and the most practical parts of our lives.
I ground it all in structured methods that allow my students to bring multidimensional cellular-level transformation into their businesses and lives.
And then, there’s my most humbling gift as a facilitator – that of energetic flow and expansion.
In addition to seeing deep into the most subtle nuances of Creation’s systems to decipher their codes, I’m also a master at cultivating bigger spaces and greater flow within those spaces to support you in the transformation of your highest good.
This gift has been the most humbling because of the mastery it requires.
Most programs and facilitators leave students concerned, “But what if it’s not deep enough?!”
My students have always raved that this work is the deepest they’ve ever experienced –– sometimes comparing it to the depth of plant medicines, without the substance or long integration periods.
Depth was not the challenge. For me, it was containment to ensure each individual receives only what’s in their highest good –– a mastery I’m thankful to have harnessed.
This gift keeps me in daily devotion to my own inner work to ensure that I’m a clean and pure channel for Source perspective, and that alone.
My work’s potent, energetic transmission helps those who have studied esoteric principles for decades build internal congruence in which they can finally embody the vibration and awareness of these principles throughout all aspects of business, relationships, and life.
The same energetic transmission supports those who have never studied spirituality or personal growth to access awareness and embodiment without needing to actively “study,” “learn,” or go through countless hours and dollars spent on coaches, medicine ceremonies, and programs.
For both types of leaders, I bring care and discernment into creating spaces with these energetic transmissions that support them in going deeper into the “cracks and crevices” they would have unconsciously resisted going into alone.
I do this so that my students no longer need to rely on someone else to guide them deeper or use what they find there to achieve their goals.
By unifying my capacity to break the complex down into the simple with the potent and expansive energetic support I’m able to offer, my students develop their own innate capacity for off-the-charts self-awareness and authentic power.
This allows them to deepen, expand, and integrate a capacity to consistently raise the bar of growth in their lives without requiring the ongoing support of coaches, therapists, energy workers, or plant medicines to get there.
The methodology that guides my work with my clients unlocks the unique wisdom of a leader’s soul, which changes paradigms across all types of organizations and industries. It starts with the wholeness of the individual leader, which quickly spreads out across their business, team, and family.
