Why not to stay away from “negative” people
Other people’s ego is your ego, too We often think that other people's problems are just their problems, right? So, we think that their egos are only about them.

But here’s the truth:
How you react to someone else’s ego, or how it makes you feel, is also a sign that a layer of your own ego is surfacing.
As a leader, you need to be able to identify layers of ego internally, externally, and also in your relationships with other people.
That’s because leaders need to be able to relate to people from a place of integrity and truth of their own existence.
So, when someone else’s ego manifests and they act arrogant, overconfident, or “toxic”…
If it triggers you, makes you feel inadequate, or you judge them…
If you find yourself saying things like…
It’s hard to create change because people are committed to avoiding it at all costs.
Or…
try to stay away from negative people so that I don’t get affected or influenced by them
Instead, understand that our perspective of something as “toxic” comes down to what is inside of us that experiences it that way.
And pushing that thing away or not handling it lovingly comes from our own fear, conditioning, or wounding.
When you make this realization…
If you learn to dissolve the cellular layers of it…
You’ll be capable of showing up lovingly no matter how oppressive, controlling, or “toxic” the person or situation is.
Now, this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t set boundaries or create a safe space for yourself when you encounter these types of challenges.
Sometimes, you need that space to cultivate the love within yourself to be able to be the change you wish to see.
Doing so helps you heal within yourself your traumas and other harmful experiences and situations.
Because the truth is, life presents these challenges to you for a reason.
And confronting those challenges by showing up lovingly will help you unlock deeper strength within you.
In fact, the bigger your vision, the more I can almost guarantee you’ll be guided by the Spiral of Creation to build an unshakeable inner foundation that can handle any level of fear, control, or “toxicity” from others.
Confronting these parts of yourself, you’ll be able to align yourself with being a bigger contributor to the universe…
And improve your relationships by finding the invisible ego that’s been hiding from you.
This then helps you move your mission or vision forward in ways you didn’t realize you were blocking it.
